"Michelle Mojica became our real estate agent in 2008, when she represented my husband and I as the buyers on our first "second home / vacation rental" purchase in Avondale, Arizona (in the Coldwater Creek development). Over 4 years I've come to know Michelle and found that she is very smart, patient, responsive, cheerful, professional, and an overall likable lady. We went back to Michelle, and her husband, Juan, when we were ready to sell the same Avondale house in 2012. Even though the real estate market had changed over the 4 years we owned it and we didn't know just how long it could take to sell it, Michelle amazed us with a record breaking one week escrow that opened on a Monday and closed on Friday, all in the same week! And, it was the hottest time of the year in Arizona and difficult for us to get away from our jobs to make the 5 hour drive from our primary residence in California, and Michelle and Juan flawlessly handled the transaction entirely by phone, fax and email. It was incredible how easy they made it for us as the sellers, as well as the buyers and their agent. It took Michelle's knowledge, all her contacts, and her professional mannerism, to get the job done. We can't say enough good things about our experiences with Michelle and her husband Juan.
